Greetings and a hearty welcome to Howard Hanna | Rand Realty, your trusted real estate hub in Bergen County, NJ. Since joining the team in 2016 as a branch manager and now a regional manager, I've dedicated myself to the art of real estate, building on over a decade of experience in the industry across both New York and New Jersey.

Before immersing myself in the world of real estate, I served as a trial attorney, a profession that was fulfilling but not quite compatible with my decision to start a family later in life. Nevertheless, I've found real estate to be just as invigorating and rewarding, and harbor no regrets about the switch.

At the core of my approach to real estate is a principle that is simple yet powerful - knowledge. Whether we're talking about different towns or states, whether you're a buyer or a seller, I firmly believe that knowing the market and understanding the desires and needs of our clients is the bedrock of our profession. In my view, an agent without knowledge is akin to a ship without a compass.

Though I continue to work directly with buyers and sellers from time to time, my true passion lies in training. In today's fast-paced world, an agent who is well-trained, dedicated to learning, and puts their heart and soul into their work is indeed a precious find. It is with immense pride and honor that I embrace the role of educator and mentor, passing on my wealth of knowledge, teaching agents to truly listen, and helping them to set and reach their goals.
